My name is Mick Buston and I am a Kent-based music photographer who loves to indulge his passion for music and photography by working with a wide cross section of bands, musicians, singers and solo artists applying my unique photojournalistic / reportage style of music photography to chart specific time periods in an artists progression.
I tend to naturally lean towards working in black and white photography but by working predominantly with Canon digital camera equipment, I am able to retain flexiblity when colour images are desired. I cover a range of projects and time periods, including, but not limited to: single performances, concerts tours, album recording and festival appearances through to a Period in the Life - a candid record of a time period extending from a day to a year or more.
I work with a huge variety of customers from new artists looking to get signed, established acts, music publicists, promotors, managers, venues, festival organisers, regional and national press / newspapers and provide images via a stock agency for wider submission and archiving.
